SHIPPING 

Custom orders may incur an additional handling fee to offset custom shipping container(s) and special handling charged to orbit by UPS for your order. That fee generally ranges from $18-$39

Most orbit kits are made just for you when you order it. 

Typically, it takes 1-2 weeks to cut, finish, and package your furniture and workspaces. Please check for additional build and shipping time on the items product page. Custom orders are welcome and we'd love to hear from you how we can help! We handmake each box per order and all packaging and shipping containers are 100% recycled (except the tape; still hunting a plant-based one). 

We currently ship to the continental United States via UPS with average shipping times around 3 to 5 days; this can vary by state. Currently, we are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or international but please contact us and we will make every effort to assist.

 

RETURNS or EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your orbit but we know things may not work out sometimes.

Exchanges & returns are welcome within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to make a return within the 30 day period please contact us at info@orbitanywhere.com and we may be able to simplify the return process for you.

Buyers are responsible for exchange or return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be given in full back to the original form of payment.

Custom orders are non-refundable but please contact us if you need assistance.
