SHIPPING 

Custom orders may incur an additional handling fee to offset custom shipping container(s) and special handling charged to orbit by UPS for your order. That fee generally ranges from $18-$39

Most orbit kits are made just for you when you order it. 

Typically, it takes 1-4 weeks to cut, finish, and package your furniture and workspaces. Please check for additional build and shipping time on the items product page. Custom orders are welcome and we'd love to hear from you how we can help! We handmake each box per order and all packaging and shipping containers are 100% recycled (except the tape; still hunting a plant-based one). 

We currently ship to the continental United States via UPS with average shipping times around 6-10 days; this can vary by state. Currently, we are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or international but please contact us and we will make every effort to assist.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your orbit but we know things may not work out sometimes.

Exchanges & returns are welcome within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for exchange or return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be given in full back to the original form of payment.

Custom orders are non-refundable but please contact us if you need assistance.

We offer a variety of fun, functional and chic finishes that are safe, durable and recycled. Our materials meet or exceed Title VI and Carb4 requirements.

Easily care for your orbit desktop, tabletop or surface finish with warm water, non-harsh cleaners and a soft cloth or recycled paper products.

The wood sections of orbit components will show small signs of wear and tear...most evidence of life's spills and thrills can be removed with a quick little sanding with 220 grit sandpaper...but hey, it's all about the journey right?
